Terms of Use
These terms cover using this website. They do not cover buying anything, because nothing is sold here.

Using this site
By using tesel.net you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You may read the site, and you may contact us through the form. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, submit anything through the form on someone else's behalf without their knowledge, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
What is on the site
This site describes a product in development. Specifications, performance figures and images are design targets rather than measured results, and are marked as such where they appear. They may change as engineering progresses.
Nothing here is an offer to sell, a quotation, or a commitment to supply. Nothing here is an offer of securities or an invitation to invest, and the investing path on the form is a way to introduce yourself rather than a route to offering materials.
Materials we send you
Anything we send after an enquiry, including technical documents, is provided for your own evaluation. Please do not republish it or pass it to a competitor. We review every request before sending anything, and we may decline without giving a reason.
Our intellectual property
The Tesel name, logo, page design, text and images belong to Tesel, Inc. or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution. Everything else needs our written agreement first.
The product described here is the subject of pending patent applications. Nothing on this site grants any licence under them.
Availability and liability
We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee either. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links out
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for it.
Governing law
Tesel, Inc. is incorporated in the United States, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of protections you have under your local law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Questions go to hello@tesel.net.
